When I was twenty years old, I had no idea that the road I was choosing was going to be such a bumpy one, with many twists and turns along the way.

It wasn’t until I was forced to see my life as it truly was, and learned to listen in the moment for guidance and meaning, that my life began to change. And through the years I have found the gifts in what happened to both myself and my family 30 some years ago. I love the quote “when the student is ready, the teacher will appear”. Well, I had a few guardian angels along the way, and these angels were my teachers.

Finding ourselves in our darkest moments is when we most need self compassion, but sadly, these dark times seem to be when we’re the hardest on ourselves, beating ourselves up for the “mess” we’ve made of our lives.

It’s been said that we teach what we most need to learn, and I know this to be true. It is through my life experiences, which led me on my journey of Coaching. I learned that I had a heart for others, and helping them find their own answers has become a deep passion of mine.

Potential clients often ask me how I’m different from other coaches. Here’s my answer: The work we do together is deeper than a traditional life coaching process. Through deep listening, spotting disempowering beliefs and patterns, offering honest feedback, my clients feel safe and supported so they can let go of their fear, drop down into their inner wisdom, and access their deeper intelligence to find their own passion and purpose.

If what I’ve shared resonates with you, or if your “darkest hour” is much different, yet the pain is just as great, I’d love to help you find your Joy.
